Net Financial Position means ESMA Net Financial Debt determined in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 127 of the recommendations contained in the ESMA document no. 319 of 2013, implementing Regulation (EC) 809/2004, deducted, where applicable, non-current receivables and financial assets and deducted, where applicable, the effects of IFRS 16 – Leases; EBIT and EBITDA can also be adjusted in order to take into account any Exceptional Items (as defined in the Conditions).
