Examples of Secured Securities in a sentence

  • The net proceeds from each issue of Securities issued by the Issuer will become part of the general funds of BNPP B.V. BNPP B.V. uses such proceeds to maintain positions in options or futures contracts or other hedging instruments ("Hedging Agreements") and/or, in the case of Secured Securities, to acquire Collateral Assets.

  • The net proceeds from each issue of Securities issued by the Issuer will become part of the general funds of BNPP B.V. BNPP B.V. uses such proceeds to hedge its market risk by acquiring hedging instruments from BNP Paribas and BNP Paribas entities ("Hedging Agreements") and/or, in the case of Secured Securities, to acquire Collateral Assets.
