The business hours of the Hotel main facilities are as follows, and those of other facilities, etc. shall be notified in detail by brochures as provided, notices displayed in various places, the Service Directory in guest rooms and other means. The business hours specified in the preceding Paragraph are subject to temporary changes due to unavoidable circumstances of the Hotel.   • 前払金の使用等 受注者は、前払金をこの業務の材料費、労務費、外注費、機械購入費（この業務において償却される割合に相当する額に限る。）、動力費、支払運賃及び保証料に相当する額として必要な経費以外の支払いに充当してはならない。

  • 利用の申込み 本サービス利用の申込みは、本規約に同意のうえ、当社所定の方法により行うものとします。

  • 通院保険金の支払 当会社は、被保険者が第１条（保険金を支払う場合）の傷害を被り、その直接の結果として、通院した場合は、その日数に対し、次の算式によって算出した額を通院保険金として被保険者に支払います。 通院保険金日額 × 通院した日数（注１）＝ 通院保険金の額

  • 分配の推移 該当事項はありません。

  • 原状回復義務 乙は、本契約が終了したときは、直ちに本件土地を原状に復して、甲に返還しなければならない。この場合において、乙が返還義務を怠った場合は、本契約終了日の翌日から返還済みに至るまで、１日につき、金○万円の損害金を支払うものとする。

  • 手数料等 （１） 本サービスの利用にあたっては、必要に応じ当金庫所定の手数料（以下「利用手数料」といいます）および消費税をいただく場合があります。 この場合、当金庫は、利用手数料および消費税を普通預金規定（総合口座取引規定を含みます）および当座勘定規定にかかわらず、通帳・払戻請求書・キャッシュカードまたは当座小切手の提出を受けることなしに、お客様が利用申込書または当金庫所定の方法により届け出ていただく「代表口座」（以下「代表口座」といいます）から、当金庫所定の日に自動的に引き落とします。 なお、当金庫は、利用手数料をお客様に事前に通知することなく変更する場合があります。 また、代表口座として指定可能な預金口座は、当金庫所定の種類のものに限るものとします。 （２） 前号の本サービスの利用手数料以外の諸手数料については、取引内容に応じて当金庫所定の手数料をお支払いいただきます。 なお、提供するサービスの変更に伴い、諸手数料を新設・変更する場合があります。

  • 利用停止措置 当社は、会員が本特約若しくは会員規約に違反した場合またはETCカード若しくはカードの使用状況が適当でないと当社が判断した場合、会員に通知することなくETCカードの利用停止措置をとることができるものとし、会員は予めこれを承諾するものとします。当社は、ETCカードの利用停止の措置による道路上での事故に関し、これを解決若しくは損害賠償する責任を一切負わないものとします。

  • Point 工事に影響する可能性が大きいため特記仕様書又は図面には「存在」を記しておき、設計変更の対象とする可能性を示唆しておき、施工過程での調査内容については速やかに監督員に通知し、その確認を請求すること。

  • 受益権の分割および再分割 委託者は、第２条の規定による受益権については 1,868,790,171 口に、追加信託によって生じた受益権については、これを追加信託のつど第９条第３項の追加口数に、それぞれ均等に分割します。
