Common use of Customer registration Clause in Contracts

Customer registration. Customer shall be deemed to be registered for access to the Service(s) upon receipt of the documents including this Additional conditions by Service Provider, consisting of the following elements: (a) the Specific Terms duly signed by an authorized person, (b) the accepted present Terms of Service, (c) and when applicable, the duly completed and signed Direct Debit authorization.
