Force Majeure. 9.1. The Parties shall not be liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations hereunder if such non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment is caused by Force majeure. Force majeure shall be interpreted according to legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
