Communication. 21.1 The Bank may communicate with and provide information to the Account Holder through the following means: • in writing (by means of a letter, the account statement, invoices and national newspapers); • verbally; • by telephone (through telephone conversations, the speaking computer and SMS messages); • electronically (through email, the secure online banking system, the mobile app and/or xxx.xx, whether or not with the addition of an internet link); and • on the screen of the payment terminal or ATM.
