REKLAMACJE, SKARGI i WNIOSKI. 1. Pasażerowi przysługuje prawo do złożenia reklamacji w zakresie związanym z niewykonaniem lub nienależytym wykonaniem usługi przez Armatora. 2. Reklamacje należy składać w terminie 7 dni od wykonania usługi. 3. Reklamacje należy składać w formie pisemnej wysyłając listem poleconym na adres Armatora: Po Wiśle sp. z o.o., xx. Xxxx 00 xxxxx 000, 00-000 Xxxxxxxx lub mailowo na adres: xxxx@xx-xxxxx.xx 4. Rozpatrzenie reklamacji nastąpi w terminie 14 dni roboczych od daty jej doręczenia Armatorowi. 5. Prawidłowo złożona reklamacja powinna zawierać: dane Nabywcy tj. imię i nazwisko/nazwa instytucji, adres mailowy, telefon kontaktowy, numer rezerwacji w przypadku rejsu widokowego, datę i godzinę rejsu oraz dokładny opis reklamacji. 6. Skargi i wnioski odnośnie obsługi Statku i przebiegu rejsu można zgłaszać: § 6 COMPLAINTS AND CONCLUSIONS 1. The Passenger has the right to file a complaint related to non-performance or improper performance of the service provided by Shipowner. 2.
