Settlement of Disputes. 1. Any disputes concerning the application or inter- pretation of this Agreement shall be discussed and settled by the competent authorities of the Con- tracting Parties.
Settlement of Disputes. 1. Any dispute on the interpretation or implemen- tation of the terms of this Agreement which cannot be settled amicably shall be subject to arbitration at the request of either Party.
