Technical Documentation. The Contractor shall submit with the Subject Matter of the Agreement complete technical documentation, technical and operational documentation as well as maintenance manuals (paper copies: 4 copies in Polish and 2 copies in English – if exists; electronic version: PDF files in Polish and, if there is, also in English). Documentation regarding maintenance shall contain complete information about preventive maintenance activities and detailed specification of lubricants used by the Manufacturer of Roll Trailers. The Contractor shall provide together with Roll Trailers copies of all relevant declarations, certificates, permits, approvals and test results that shall enable proper operation at the Ordering Party's premises as well as CE certificate (for each Roll Trailer separately, paper copy and electronic version, in Polish and in English – if there is). The Contractor shall provide together with Roll Trailers catalogue of all spare parts of Roll Trailers (hard copies: 4 copies in Polish or alternatively in English; electronic version: PDF files in Polish or alternatively in English). Documentation, referred to in this paragraph, shall constitute an integral part of Roll Trailers and shall be handed over within the term and under conditions set forth in § 4 of the Agreement. § 6. Warranty, guarantee and service The Contractor declares and warrants that Roll Trailers will be of the appropriate design and quality, they will be complete and will be made with the use of the proper materials, in accordance with the standards and principles of technical knowledge, will be free from material-, workmanship-, and legal- defects as well as will be suitable for their intended use. The Contractor shall grant the Ordering Party with the warranty for […] (…) months of the Subject Matter of the Agreement. The warranty period shall start from the date of signing the protocol of transfer of ownership and possession of Roll Trailers by the Parties. In the warranty period and in the period of the guarantee of quality removal of defects (faults, failures, etc.) of Roll Trailers shall be carried out free of charge by the service unit of the Contractor at the premises of the Ordering Party. In a situation where it is justified by technological reasons, the removal of defects (faults, failures, etc.) may take place outside the Ordering Party's premises, but this does not change the contractualy agreed deadlines for removing of defects (faults, failures, etc.) and any costs related...
