Perpetual License with Support and Maintenance Services. Subject always to Section 10 (Termination): - a perpetual license will commence on first installation and continue as long as the Software Product is provided and supported by Nextlane. - Support and Maintenance Services will commence on the Start Date specified in the Quote and continue for an initial term of twelve (12) months (unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in the Quote) (the “Initial Term”) and thereafter for successive periods of twelve (12) months (“Renewed Term”) unless either Party gives written Notice of termination to the other Party at least three (3) months prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or any Renewed Term.
