Training. Nextlane undertakes to provide training to Authorized Users, it being understood that training sessions are limited to Nextlane’s Software Products only (training does not include training on third party products, where relevant). Applicable rates are set forth in each applicable Quote. Postponement or cancelation of training sessions by Customer is subject to a 30 days’ prior notice. Failing this, training sessions are not cancelable nor refundable, and Nextlane shall be entitled to invoice the training sessions according to the Charges set in the Quote.
