CCS JV, o consórcio contractado pela Total E&P Moçambique Área 1 para a Engenharia, Procurement e Construção do projecto Moçambique LNG (‘‘O PROJECTO’’), um fabrico de gás natural liquefeito na península de Afungi, província de Cabo Delgado, com potencialidade para se tornar um líder global na indústria de GNL, convida as entidades interessadas a submeter à sua Manifestação de Interesse para ‘‘Aluguer de Autocarros de 56 lugares ou semelhante (com ou sem motoristas)’’ para O PROJECTO (baseado em Afungi, distrito de Palma, província de Cabo Delgado).
A seguinte documentação deve ser incluída:
A Manifestação de Interesse (MdI) deverá incluir informação detalhada sobre as capacidades da Empresa ou da Entidade interessada, incluindo a seguinte informação e documentação:
Documentação técnica
1. Estatutos actualizados (conforme publicado no Boletim da República).
2. Certificado actualizado de Registro Comercial
3. Licença Operacional ou documento equivalente emitido pelas autoridades responsáveis (Alvará)
4. Prova de registro tributário (NUIT) e declaração de início de actividade (M/01C e M02)
5. Perfil da empresa
As empresas interessadas neste convite podem enviar a sua manifestação de interesse contendo toda a documentação solicitada para o seguinte endereço de e-mail: xxxxxxxxx.xxxxx@xxxxx.xxx até ás 17:00 (UTC+2) horas do dia 17 de Novembro de 2020.
O envio do e-mail deve se referir ao objecto do Anúncio Público: ‘‘Aluguer de Autocarros de 56 lugares ou semelhante (com ou sem motoristas).
Sujeito à entrega e conformidade de toda a documentação acima, as entidades e empresas interessadas podem receber o Pacote de Qualificação. O objectivo das informações é identificar empresas com capacidade para um concurso de “Aluguer de Autocarros de 56 lugares ou semelhante (com ou sem motoristas)’’.
Este inquérito não deve ser considerado um convite para licitar e não representa ou constitui qualquer promessa, contracto, oferta, obrigação ou compromisso de qualquer espécie por parte da CCS JV ou Total para celebrar qualquer acordo com as entidades participantes neste inquérito. Todos os dados e informações fornecidas no aplicativo não devem ser considerados como um compromisso por parte da CCS JV ou da Total de celebrar qualquer acordo, nem darão ao interessado o direito de reivindicar qualquer indemnização. Os dados e informações claramente marcados como "confidenciais" fornecidos de acordo com esta consulta serão tratados como confidenciais pela CCS JV ou pela Total e não serão divulgados a pessoas ou empresas não autorizadas. Quaisquer custos incorridos pelas empresas interessadas na preparação da Manifestação de Interesse serão de inteira responsabilidade das empresas interessadas e serão suportados integralmente pelas mesmas empresas que não terão direito a qualquer reembolso pela CCS JV ou Total.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE RENTAL OF AUTOBUSES OF 56 SEATS OR SIMILAR (WITH OR WITHOUT DRIVERS)
CCS JV, the consortium contracted by Total E&P Mozambique Area 1 for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Mozambique LNG project (“THE PROJECT”), a natural gas liquefaction facility on the Afungi peninsula in Cabo Delgado province, bound to become a future leader in the global LNG industry, invites interested entities, to submit an Expression of Interest for ‘‘Rental of Autobuses of 56 seats or similar (with or without drivers)’’ for THE PROJECT (based in Afungi, district of Palma, Cabo Delgado Province).
The following documentation should be included:
The Expression of Interest (EoI) shall provide detailed information about the capacity of the Company or Entity interested, including the following mandatory information and documentation:
Technical documents
1. Updated Articles of Association (as published in the Official Gazette).
2. Updated Certificate of Commercial Registration
3. Operational License or equivalent document issued by the relevant authorities
4. Evidence of tax registration (NUIT) and commencement of activity declaration (M/01C e M02)
5. Company profile
Companies interested in this invitation may submit their Expression of Interest by sending all the requested documentation to the following e-mail address: xxxxxxxxx.xxxxx@xxxxx.xxx no later than 17:00 (UTC+2) of the 17th November of 2020.
The Email submission must refer to the Public Announcement object: “Rental of Autobuses of 56 seats or similar (with or without drivers).
Subject to the delivery and compliance of all the above documentation, interested entities and companies may receive the Qualification Package. The purpose of the information and documents is to identify qualified companies that have the capacity to be considered for potential invitation to tender for “Rental of Autobuses of 56 seats or similar (with or without drivers)”.
This enquiry shall not be considered as an invitation to bid and does not represent or constitute any promise, contract, offer, obligation or commitment of any kind on the part of CCS JV or Total to enter into any agreement or arrangement with entities participating in this enquiry. All data and information provided within the application shall not be considered as a commitment on the part of CCS JV or Total to enter into any agreement or arrangement nor shall it entitle interested entities o claim any indemnity. Data and information clearly marked as “confidential” provided pursuant to this enquiry will be treated as confidential by CCS JV or Total and such companies shall have no recourse to disclose to non-authorized persons or companies. Any costs incurred by the interested companies in preparing the Expression of Interest shall be solely the entire responsibility of the interested companies, shall be fully born by such companies and will not be entitled to any reimbursement by CCS JV or Total.
