In response to recent inquiries, OGS NYSPro asserts that the above referenced award does not allow for any alternative pricing structure for any product offered through the contract. OGS requires that the contractors under the Award abide by all contract terms including price.
Moreover, we reinforce that Vendors must provide all medications required by the Authorized Users. There is no allowance in the contract for vendors to refuse to provide any medications ordered by an Authorized User.
Authorized Users are expected to meet their needs through the most cost effective contract available to them.

Effective June 22, 2010, Chapter 56 of the Laws of 2010 repealed §163-c of the State Finance Law that required a Procurement Contract Fee on certain centralized contracts.
