Common use of Waiver Clause in Contracts

Waiver. The Bank may, for promotional purposes, waive or reduce some or any of your obligations contained in the Agreement for a limited time only provided that such waiver or reduction shall only apply if You satisfy the conditions of the promotion. The Bank shall have the right to choose not to enforce any of the provisions of the Agreement at any time and this shall not be construed as a waiver of any such provision and shall not affect the validity of the Agreement or any part thereof or Bank’s right to enforce any provision in accordance with its terms.
