PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT. 2.1. Within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of concluding this Agreement, the Lender shall send to the Surety and the Borrower appropriate written notices of assignment of rights under the Suretyship Agreement (registered letter with notice of service) to the addresses of the Surety and the Borrower specified in the Suretyship Agreement or to the e-mail addresses, specified in this Agreement.
