Complaints. All complaints by you relating to the Services or Accounts under the Account Agreement should in the first instance be made in writing to Complaint Officer. If the compliant is not remedied promptly or to your satisfaction and subject to the eligibility requirements under the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (“FDRC”) Terms of Reference, you may have a right to complain directly to the FDRC.
