装运通知（Shipping Advice）. 一旦装载完毕，卖方应在 24 小时以内通知买方合同编号、品名、已发运数量、发票总金额、毛重、船名/车/机号及启程日期等信息，并将货运单据电子版发送给买方联系人。 The Seller shall, within 24 hours upon the completion of the loading, inform the Buyer of the contract number, names of commodity, loading quantity, invoice values, gross weight, name of vessel/number of vehicle or flight and departure date, and shall send an electronic copy of the shipping documents to the Buyer’s contact.
