000 RIGHTS OF MEMBERS. 8.100 Personal Life The personal life of any Member is not an appropriate concern of the Board except in cases where the actions or conduct of the individual are contrary to the terms of this Agreement or where the Member's personal life interferes with the discharge of the Member's professional responsibilities.
