12 PREMIERES. Notice A-12.1 On all theatrical motion pictures, the Employer shall give to the Director five (5) business days’ advance written notice of any public premiere or gala showing of the motion picture. The Director and his or her immediate family shall be entitled to attend any premiere or gala public showing of the motion picture free of charge; however, transportation to and from any premiere or gala public showing will not be at the expense of the Employer.
