125 Plan. The City agrees to implement a 125 reimbursement plan to allow pre-tax dollars to be utilized in the payment of employee’s portion of medical, dental and insurance premiums, medical expenses and dependent care expenses. The City shall arrange for a plan administrator for dependent care provision of the City's 125 Plan, provided all costs are paid by the employees who participate.
