125 Plan. The Board of Education will make available to each member of the Association a 125 Plan. The plan will annuitize the medical insurance premium, medical expenses and dependent care. The Xxxxx Board of Education reserves the right to select and administer the plan in accordance with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
