13Living Documents. Unless stated to the contrary, any reference to this Framework agreement or to any other document in this Framework agreement (other than a DEFCON, DEFSTAN, DEFFORM, AQAP or ISO Standard) are references to this Framework agreement or such other document as varied, amended, novated, supplemented or replaced from time to time. For clarity, any variation, amendment, novation, supplement or replacement of this Framework agreement (and the impact on this Framework agreement of any variation, amendment, novation, supplement or replacement of any other such document) shall only be effective as between the Parties if processed in accordance with DEFCON 503 (Edn 07/05).
