1Term of Agreement. This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and continue in effect on a country-by-country, Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis until the later of: (i) the expiration, lapse, abandonment, or invalidation of the last Valid Claim of the Licensed Patents to expire, lapse, become abandoned, or become unenforceable for the applicable Licensed Product, or (ii) 10 years from the first commercial sale of each Licensed Product, unless sooner terminated as provided in this Agreement. Upon expiration of the Agreement, the license grant to Licensee pursuant to Section 2.1 shall become irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free and fully paid-up.
1Term of Agreement. Any obligation of Lenders to make Loans and extend their financial accommodations under this Agreement or any Loan Document shall continue in full force and effect until the expiration of the applicable Term. The termination of the Agreement shall not affect any Agent’s or any Lender’s rights hereunder or any Loan Document and the provisions hereof and thereof shall continue to be fully operative until all transactions entered into, rights or interests created and the Obligations have been paid or performed in full. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Administrative Agent shall release its security interests at any time upon payment to it of all Obligations if each Credit Party shall have provided Administrative Agent with an executed release of any and all claims which Credit Parties may have or thereafter have under this Agreement and/or any Loan Document.
1Term of Agreement. This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues for the Subscription Term detailed in the Order Form, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Unless the Customer enters into a renewal agreement, the Customer’s right to use and/or access the Subscription Services shall terminate at the end of the Subscription Term.
1Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect until the date when the Pledgee confirms to the Pledgor in writing that all of the Pledgor's obligations under the Credit Agreement and the other Financing Agreements have been discharged.

Subject to earlier satisfaction upon prepayment of all of the Borrower's obligations hereunder pursuant to Article X and the making in full of all other Required Payments due and payable at the date of such prepayment and subject to any provisions hereof which survive Payment of the Bond, the Borrower's obligations hereunder shall expire on the date provided in the Bond for the final payment of principal and all accrued interest thereon, or if all Required Payments have not been made on such date, when all Required Payments shall have been made.
1Term of Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective when the parties enter into an Order and will remain in effect so long as such Order remains in effect, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein.
