201 The Elk Grove Unified School District fully recognizes the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Local 258 as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent of all positions of the District within the bargaining unit including long-term substitutes who work more than 75% of the work year in the same assignment and as defined in the wage schedule in Appendix A, and excluding: a. Management b. Confidential c. Supervisory d. Yard Supervisors e. Instructional Assistants f. Project Implementers

  • School District For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.

  • Regulation of School District Expenses The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. No later than approval of the annual budget and when necessary, the Superintendent will recommend a maximum allowable reimbursement amount for expenses to be included in the resolution.
