2012-2013 School Year. The Board will pay 89% toward MESSA Choices II medical insurance for full-time equated teachers and dependents and provide the MESSA Saver Rx card. There will be a $200/$400 deductible and office co-pays will increase from $5 during 2011-12 to $20 during 2012-13. Teachers will pay 11% of the premium through payroll deduction. Dependents shall be spouse and natural born or legally adopted children who qualify as dependents with the Internal Revenue Service. MESSA Super Care I coverage was eliminated in 2011-12.

2012-2013 School Year. 21.1.2.1 The salary schedule attached as Appendix A1 is effective July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013 only, and includes two
2012-2013 School Year. In addition to the teacher's salary for the 2012-2013 school year, each teacher employed by contract on September 10, 2012 will receive a one- time payment of compensation that is an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the respective salary on the salary schedule to be paid in September 2012. Teachers will be paid on the same experience step during the 2012-2013 school year as the teacher was paid during the 2010-2011 school year. The status quo for the end of this Agreement shall be the salary on the salary schedule that was paid the teacher for the 2012-2013 school year.

  • School Year Sarasota Suncoast agrees that opening and closing dates of the school year and school holidays will coincide with other Sarasota County schools.

  • School Day A. The length of the school day shall be seven (7) hours and five (5) minutes inclusive of the arrival and departure time.

  • DURATION OF SCHOOL DAY AND YEAR 33C) The duration of the school day and year will be the responsibility of the Academy Trust.

  • Length of School Year 4.6.1 Except where reduced by any lawful decision of the employer to close the school to students, the length of the school year for each school shall be determined according to the requirement that schools are required to be open for at least 380 half days in any one calendar year.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Quarterly and Annual Reconciliation 10.6.1 The Parties acknowledge that all payments made against Monthly Bills and Supplementary Bills shall be subject to quarterly reconciliation within 30 days of the end of the quarter at the beginning of the following quarter of each Contract Year and annual reconciliation at the end of each Contract Year within 30 days to take into account the Energy Accounts, Tariff adjustment payments, Tariff Rebate, Late Payment Surcharge, or any other reasonable circumstance provided under this Agreement.

  • ALTERNATE SCHOOL CALENDAR 1. In this article, an alternative school calendar is a school calendar that differs from the standard school calendar as specified in Schedule 1 (Supplement) of the School Calendar Regulation 114/02.

  • School Calendar The Dual Credit course schedule will be determined by the location of the course delivery, provided that the required contact hours and prerequisites are met. The instructional calendar for the high school portion of the School will be based on the School District calendar and comply with all related TEA regulations for school attendance. The School District will adjust its schedule as necessary to enable Students to enroll in and attend the college- level courses provided by College. The School District and College will coordinate the State Student assessment requirements to ensure said assessments are administered without penalty. The School District, School and College will ensure that the School calendar accounts for the required per-semester contact hours for courses. When the instructional delivery is on the College site, it may be necessary for Students to attend classes on days when the School District is closed (e.g., different holiday closures). When Students take classes at the College scheduled on days when School is closed, the School District will ensure that at least one staff member with administrative authority be on call and available to be reached by the College’s Office of High School Programs or other College staff in case of emergency. The designated School staff member will have access to Student emergency contact information. While the College agrees to make scheduling accommodations for required State assessments, including the STAAR and End of Course Exams, all contact hour requirements must be met. For assessments not mandated by the State, the College and School District will come to a mutual agreement on administration dates in order to appropriately manage disruptions of college courses and ensure contact hour requirements are met.

  • Billing Cycle The billing on each matter shall be submitted on a calendar month basis (30 day cycle). A final bill for all outstanding charges should be forwarded immediately by the Firm upon the conclusion of each matter. Citizens has sole discretion to consider billing for work performed which is submitted late to Citizens. Late is defined as billed events that occurred more than 60 days prior to it being initially submitted to Citizens for payment. Citizens will not honor interest fees or other late fees assessed by any Firm or Vendor for any invoice submitted for payment. Billing submitted late to Citizens will not be given priority review.

  • Calendar Quarter January through March, April through June, July through September, or October through December.
