Common use of 2019-20 School Year Clause in Contracts

2019-20 School Year. There will be a wage re-opener for the 2019-20 school year, provided, however, that in any event or circumstance there will be no reduction of wages, or other forms of monetary compensation for bargaining unit members for that school year. The parties will meet and collectively bargain in good faith on this wage re-opener beginning in March 2019, upon request of either party, with such meetings to be held at mutually-agreed dates, times, and locations.

The parties will meet and collectively bargain in good faith on this wage re-opener beginning in March 2019, upon request of either party, with such meetings to be held at mutually-agreed dates, times, and locations.

There will be a wage re-opener for the 2019-20 school year, provided, however, that in any event or circumstance there will be no reduction of wages, wages or other forms of monetary compensation for bargaining unit members for that school year. The parties will meet and collectively bargain in good faith on this wage re-opener and engage in discussions on overtime rules beginning in March 2019, upon request of either party, with such meetings to be held at mutually-agreed dates, times, and locations.
