260 Day Contracts a. In addition to the rights, obligations and benefits contained in this Negotiated Agreement, including those set forth above in Paragraph 1 for 220-day bargaining unit members, all bargaining unit members employed under 260-day contracts shall receive twenty (20) days of vacation during a given contract year. If hired after the start of the contract year, such bargaining unit teachers shall be entitled to a prorated number of vacation days rounded to the nearest full day.
