2c Right to Free Association. The parties agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion by either party against any employee because of an employee’s decision to join, or not join the Union or engaging in any lawful Union activity, or refraining there from.

  • STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL You have the right to cancel this agreement and obtain a refund of charges paid through the attendance at the first class session, or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later.
