3 - CONFLICT OF INTERESTS. II.3.1. The Contractor shall take all necessary measures to prevent any situation that could compromise the impartial and objective performance of the Contract. The Contractor is responsible for compliance with the provisions in this Article also of any subcontractors or other third parties involved in the performance of the Digital Communication Services under a Detailed Contract.
