395 Design-Build Contract Modifications. If an amendment to the 395 Design- Build Contract that materially increases Contractor’s obligations or diminishes its rights is made without Contractor’s consent, then Concessionaire shall issue a Scope Change Order reasonably acceptable to Contractor addressing the impacts to Contractor of such amendment to the 395 Design-Build Contract.
