Scope Change Order definition

Scope Change Order means a written order to Contractor issued and signed by Owner after the execution and delivery of this Agreement authorizing a Scope Change and, if appropriate, an adjustment in one or more of the Contract Price, the Guaranteed Completion Dates, the Payment and Milestone Schedule, the Construction Progress Milestone Dates, the Project Schedule and the Performance Guarantees or any other amendment of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Scope Change Order has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.

Scope Change Order means a written order to CONTRACTOR issued and signed by the OWNER after the execution and delivery of the Agreement authorizing a Scope Change and, if appropriate, an adjustment in one or more of the Contract Price, the Guaranteed Completion Date, the Project Schedule, the Guaranteed Savings or any other amendment of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Scope Change Order in a sentence

• Except to the extent that Siemens is entitled to a Scope Change Order or other relief provided for in this Agreement, Siemens shall perform its Work in accordance with the Work Schedule.

• Siemens shall be entitled to a Scope Change Order to compensate Siemens for the increased cost of its performance and/or schedule delay resulting from such suspension of the Work.

• In the event Concessionaire exercises its rights hereunder, an appropriate Scope Change Order shall be issued by Concessionaire deducting from the payments then or thereafter due Contractor the reasonable, documented, out-of pocket cost of correcting such default, neglect, defect or deficiency.

• Concessionaire’s obligation to extend the Guaranteed Completion Date as a result of such a Scope Change Order shall be subject to Concessionaire’s receipt of approval thereof from VDOT under the Comprehensive Agreement.

• Without prejudice to Contractor’s right to claim a Scope Change Order under Sections 12.5 and 12.6, Contractor acknowledges that such information is for Contractor’s reference only and has not been verified by Concessionaire or the Department.

Scope Change Order means a written modification to this Project Plan agreed to and signed by both Parties reflecting the terms of a Scope Change.

Scope Change Order means a written order to Contractor, in the form of Exhibit G hereto, issued and signed by Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 hereof after the execution and delivery of this Agreement, authorizing a Scope Change and, if appropriate pursuant to the terms hereof, an adjustment in one or more of the Scope of Work, the Contract Sum, the TTMS Work Schedule, the Xxxx Ex Guaranteed Service Commencement Date, the Xxxx Ex Guaranteed Final Completion Date, the Xxxx Ex Long Stop Date, the Payment and Values Schedule, the Maximum Cumulative Drawdown Schedule, or any other amendment of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Xxxx Ex Design-Build Contract and Comprehensive Agreement as applicable.

Scope Change Order has the meaning given to such term (or any similar term) in the EPC Agreement.

Scope Change Order means a written order to Northwind issued and signed by Aladdin authorizing a Scope Change, and an equitable adjustment in one or more of the Plant Price, the Substantial Completion Deadline, the Final Completion Deadline, the Project Plan, the Plant Plans and Specifications or any other amendment to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Scope Change Order means a written order to Contractor pursuant to Article 9, signed by Owner and countersigned by Contractor, authorizing a Scope Change.
