3StandardThe Executive will set a high standard of professional conduct given the Executive’s role with the Bank and the Executive’s responsibility relative to the Bank’s presence and stature in the community. The Executive will, at all times, emulate this high professional standard of conduct in order to develop and enhance the Bank’s reputation and image. The Executive will comply with all applicable rules, policies and procedures of the Bank (and as applicable, the Company) and any of their subsidiaries and all pertinent regulatory standards as may affect the Bank.
3Standard. The Executive will set a high standard of professional conduct given her role with the Company and the Bank and her responsibility relative to the Company and the Bank’s presence and stature in the community. The Executive will, at all times, emulate this high professional standard of conduct in order to develop and enhance the Company’s and the Bank’s reputation and image. The Executive’s and her family’s eligibility and all other terms and conditions of the Executive’s participation in the Bank’s or the Company’s benefit, insurance and disability plans and programs will be governed by the official plan documents which may change from year-to-year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at a minimum the Executive shall be entitled to the same benefits as all other executives in comparable positions with the Company and the Bank. The Executive will comply with all applicable rules, policies and procedures of the Company and the Bank and any of its subsidiaries and all pertinent regulatory standards as may affect the Company and the Bank.

  • Standard Except as otherwise provided under 41 C.F.R.   • Meets Standard The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to health and safety, including but not limited to: • Health clearances and immunizations • Prohibiting smoking on campus • Appropriate student health services • Safety plan

  • Standards Any additions, modifications, or replacements made to a Party’s facilities shall be designed, constructed and operated in accordance with this Agreement, NYISO requirements and Good Utility Practice.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing PNG traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to PNG, the subtending arrangements between PNG Tandem Switches and PNG End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that PNG maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case. 2. Nothing in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall affect the fulfilment of wider obligations with respect to the arbitration of unresolved issues arising in the context of a mutual agreement procedure resulting from other conventions to which the Contracting States are or will become parties.”.

  • SPRINKLER SYSTEM If there now is or shall be installed in the Building a "sprinkler system", and such system or any of its appliances shall be damaged or injured or not in proper working order by reason of any act or omission of Tenant, Tenant's agents, servants, employees, licensees or visitors, Tenant shall forthwith restore the same to good working condition at its own expense; and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Rating Organization or any bureau, department or official of the state or city government, shall require or recommend that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of Tenant's business, or the location of the partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the Premises, Tenant shall, at Tenant's expense, promptly make and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Applicable Standards The requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Outage Repair Standard In the event of an outage or trouble in any Service being provided by a Party hereunder, the Providing Party will follow Verizon’s standard procedures for isolating and clearing the outage or trouble.
