A Call. Off Contract may expire or be terminated in accordance with its terms or Clause 28 but such expiry or termination shall not, in and of itself, give rise to an expiry or termination of any other Call-Off Contract or this Agreement.
A Call. Off Contract will not exist and work may not commence until a formal contract has been signed and dated by DWP and by the Framework Provider successful in this competition. Details on the process for awarding Call-Off Contracts are included at clause 7 of the Framework Agreement.
