Government End Users The Apple Software and related documentation are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein. Protective Order The Settling Defendants cannot, and do not, make any representation that they have, can or will produce such responses to written interrogatories, or a complete set of such responses, and it is understood and agreed that the failure to produce such responses shall not constitute a breach or violation of this Settlement Agreement;
Customer Information CPNI of a Customer and any other non-public, individually identifiable information about a Customer or the purchase by a Customer of the services or products of a Party.
GOVERNMENT SERVICE 1. a) Salaries, wages and other similar remuneration, other than a pension, paid by a Contracting State or a political subdivision or a local authority thereof to an individual in respect of services rendered to that State or subdivision or authority shall be taxable only in that State.
CUSTOMER INQUIRIES 47.1 Each Party will refer all questions regarding the other Party’s services or products directly to the other Party at a telephone number specified by that Party.
Convicted Vendor List Vendor shall immediately notify Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee in writing if it or any of its affiliates are placed on the convicted vendor list maintained by the State of Florida pursuant to Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, or on any similar list maintained by any other state or the federal government.
U.S. Government End Users The Software is a "commercial item," as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. 2.101 (Oct. 1995), consisting of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation," as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 (Sept. 1995). Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4 (June 1995), all U.S. Government End Users acquire the Software with only those rights set forth herein.
