Registration and Verification of the Client. 4.1. The registration procedure is mandatory for the Client. 4.2. To register on the Website, the Client must perform the following actions: - enter their email address and create a password; - select the currency of the Account; - accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 4.3. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Client guarantees the following: - that they are a legally capable adult; - that they have read the terms of this Agreement and agree to them. 4.4. In order to ensure the legality and security of the provision of services, the Company conducts a procedure for verifying the identity of the Client and the information indicated by them (verification). To this end, the Company has the right to request from the Client a copy of their passport open to the page(s) with their photo and personal data or a copy of the front and back side of their ID card. In some cases, the Company has the right to request the Client’s current utility bills, bank statements showing the opening of their account, scanned copies of their bank cards, or other documents if the documents provided to them earlier do not allow the Client to be fully identified and/or confirm the information specified by them. The Client’s personal data is processed by the Company in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 4.5. Verification is carried out within 10 (Ten) business days from the moment the Client provides the full set of documents requested by the Company. In some cases, the Company has the right to extend this period to 30 (Thirty) business days. 4.6. If the Client unjustifiably refuses to provide the documents and/or information requested for verification, the Company has the right to suspend the servicing of their Account and Real Account with subsequent blocking. The Company may return any funds deposited by the Client concerned only by using payment details provided during registration or may withhold such funds until the Client completes verification. 4.7. To confirm the identity of the Client and verify the documents provided by them, the Company has the right to request a video conference with the Client. In this case, the Client needs to add the Company to their Skype account and have ready their passport and the bank cards they used when depositing into their Account before the video conference begins. To register on the Website and/or the Mobile Application, the Client must perform the following actions: ● enter their email address and create a password; ● accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement; ● confirm their email address through the letter sent by the Company. 3.3. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Client guarantees the following: ● that they are a legally capable adult; ● that they have read the terms of this Agreement and agree to them. 3.4. In order to ensure the legality and security of the provision of services, the Company conducts a procedure for verifying the identity of the Client and the information indicated by them (verification). In doing this, the Company has the right to request that the Client provide a photograph of: ● the spread (page) of the Client's passport with their photograph and personal data; or ● the front and back of the Client's ID card; or ● the Client's driver's license. The Company also has the right to request the Client’s current utility bills, bank statements showing the opening of their bank account, scanned copies of their bank cards, or other documents if the documents provided to them earlier do not allow the Client to be fully identified and/or verify his payment details and confirm the information specified by them. 3.5. Verification is carried out within seven (7) days from the moment the Client provides the full set of documents requested by the Company. In some cases, the Company has the right to extend this period to fourteen (14) calendar days. 3.6. If the Client unjustifiably refuses to provide the documents and/or information requested for verification, the Company has the right to suspend the servicing of their Account and Real Account with subsequent blocking. The Company may return any funds deposited by the Client concerned only by using payment details provided during registration or may withhold such funds until the Client completes verification. 3.7.   • Inspection and Verification The Secured Parties and such persons as the Secured Parties may reasonably designate shall have the right to inspect the Collateral, all records related thereto (and to make extracts and copies from such records) and the premises upon which any of the Collateral is located, to discuss the Grantor’s affairs with the officers of the Grantor and its independent accountants and to verify under reasonable procedures the validity, amount, quality, quantity, value, condition and status of, or any other matter relating to, the Collateral, including, in the case of collateral in the possession of any third Person, by contacting any account debtor or third Person possessing such Collateral for the purpose of making such a verification. Out-of-pocket expenses in connection with any inspections by representatives of the Secured Parties shall be (a) the obligations of the Grantor with respect to any inspection after the Secured Parties’ demand payment of the Notes or (b) the obligation of the Secured Parties in any other case.

In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-to-date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.

  • Search, Enquiry, Investigation, Examination And Verification a.   • Registration of this Agreement 8.1 The Parties agree this Agreement is to be registered by the Registrar-General as provided for in section 7.6 of the Act. 8.2 The Developers warrant that they have done everything necessary to enable this Agreement to be registered under section 7.6 of the Act. 8.3 Without limiting clause 8.2, the Developers warrant that they have obtained the express written consent to the registration of this Agreement under section 7.6 of the Act from: (a) If this Agreement relates to land under the Real Property Act 1900, each person who has an estate or interest in the Land registered under that Act; or (b) If this Agreement relates to land not under the Real Property Act 1900, each person who is seized or in possessed of an estate or interest in the Land. 8.4 Within 14 days of entering into this Agreement and prior to the issue of any Construction Certificate that relates to any building work, other than demolition, excavation, piling, shoring and ancillary work for construction purposes including site hoardings and temporary site sheds that relates to works contained in DA-152/2021/B, the Developers will at their cost arrange and effect registration of this Agreement under s7.6 upon the title to the Land and as soon as possible will: (a) deliver to the Council the Registration Application in registrable form noting the Council as applicant and executed by the o wner of the Land and any other person the subject of the warranty in clause 8.3; (b) provide the Council with a cheque in favour of NSW Land Registry Services, for the registration fees for registration of this Agreement; (c) provide the Council with a cheque in favour of the Council for its reasonable costs, expenses and fees incurred or to be incurred in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and any documents, form or instrument created or to be created in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (d) take any other necessary action so as to ensure this Agreement is registered on the title to the Land prior to the issue of any Construction Certificate that relates to any building work, other than demolition, excavation, piling, shoring and ancillary work for construction purposes including site hoardings and temporary site sheds that relates to works contained in DA-152/2021/B. 8.5 Upon compliance with clause 8.4 by the Developers, the Council will promptly lodge the Registration Application with the Registrar General. 8.6 The Parties will co-operate with each other to ensure that the Agreement is registered by the Registrar General. 8.7 Upon payment of the Development Contribution, the Developers may request the removal of the dealing created by registration of the Agreement from the title to the Land. The Council will not withhold its consent to such removal, provided the Developers pay all reasonable costs, expenses and fees of the Council relating to such removal. 8.8 Should payment of the Development Contribution occur upon the date of this Agreement and prior to issue of a Construction Certificate that relates to any building work, other than demolition, excavation, piling, shoring and ancillary work for construction purposes including site hoardings and temporary site sheds that relates to works contained in DA-152/2021/B, then there will be no obligation to register this Agreement in accordance with this clause nor provide the Bank Guarantee in accordance with clause 9.1. 8.9 Upon registration of this Agreement by the Registrar General, this Agreement is binding on, and is enforceable against the owner of the Land from time to time as if each owner for the time being had entered into this Agreement.

Grantee shall not use System Agency’s name or refer to System Agency directly or indirectly in any media appearance, public service announcement, or disclosure relating to this Grant Agreement including any promotional material without first obtaining written consent from System Agency. The foregoing prohibition includes, without limitation, the placement of banners, pop-up ads, or other advertisements promoting Grantee’s or a third party’s products, services, workshops, trainings, or other commercial offerings on any website portal or internet-based service or software application hosted or managed by Grantee. In general, no publication (including websites, reports, projects, etc.) may convey System Agency’s recognition or endorsement of the Grantee’s project without prior written approval from System Agency. Publications funded in part or wholly by HHS grant funding must include a statement that “HHS and neither any of its components operate, control, are responsible for, or necessarily endorse, this publication (including, without limitation, its content, technical infrastructure, and policies, and any services or tools provided)” at HHS’s request.
