A Demand pursuant to Article. 16.01 that any Employer post and/or replenish a Letter of Credit shall be made in writing. The Employer shall, as a condition of performing work covered by the Collective Agreement post or replenish the Letter of Credit within five (5) business days of such demand. In the event the Employer fails to or refuses to post or replenish the Letter of Credit they shall not perform any further work under this Collective Agreement.
