Common use of A/E Closeout Clause in Contracts

A/E Closeout. A. Prior to CDB processing A/E’s final payment, A/E shall submit to CDB two sets of revised contract documents labeled “Record Construction Drawings,” which show all changes reported by the contractor(s), and all changes made by change orders, addenda, and clarifications made by the A/E during construction. Documents shall be submitted in electronic format. One blackline paper copy may also be submitted for use by the Using Agency’s on- site personnel. Verify requirement with the CDB PM.
