A The. College will take all precautions reasonable in the circumstances to ensure conditions of safety and health in the employees' work areas in the College by conforming with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
A The. School Division shall pay the portion of the teacher’s benefits plan premiums specified in Article 7.0 of the Collective Agreement for thirty-six
A The. College shall arrange liability insurance coverage of employee's liability, while performing duties or tasks required and authorized by the College or customarily performed as part of the employee's duties.
A The. School Jurisdiction shall pay the portion of the teacher’s benefits plan premiums specified in Article 7.0 of the Collective Agreement for thirty-six (36) weeks of parental leave. The Health Spending Account (HSA) will remain active for the duration of parental leave but no further credits will be contributed to the HSA during this time.
A The first installment is to be paid from August 05th 2020 till August 30th 2020 in addition to the VAT of the paid fees. In case of not paying the whole sum of the first installment, the student will not be able to join the school.
