Duration of Parental Leave. Parental Leave, alone, shall not exceed twelve (12) workweeks within a calendar year as defined in §B.1.b.(1). and §B.1.c., above. However, when an FML for Parental Leave is combined with an FML for Pregnancy Disability Leave, the total FML Leave shall not exceed seven (7) months in a calendar year.
