Common use of (a) UNION ACCESS Clause in Contracts

(a) UNION ACCESS. The Union Representative shall be allowed admission to the Employer's premises covered by this Agreement at any reasonable time, for the purpose of investigating conditions relating to this Agreement, and the Union Representative will first make their presence and purpose known to the Employer.
