A350XWB Cabin Customisation. Subject to Clause 2.4, the Buyer is offered the option to define the Aircraft through the selection of: • SFE or ACS catalogue cabin solutions and options developed by the Seller (“Catalogue Items”) out of the A350XWB Family ADD applicable at the time of customisation, and • as an alternative, solely for seats and associated integrated in-flight entertainment equipment, Buyer Furnished Equipment. It is a prerequisite to the selection of ACS or BFE equipment, that: • any in-flight entertainment (IFE) equipment to be incorporated into the BFE Seats be exclusively BFE items, and • any in-flight entertainment (IFE) equipment to be incorporated into ACS seats selected from the Catalogue Items be exclusively ACS items.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A321 Aircraft as described in the A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the following SCNs:

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year.   • Aircraft Description The Option Aircraft are described by Boeing Detail Specification D6-38808, Revision E, dated September 15, 1995, as amended and revised pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Service Description The Transfer Agent updates the System daily to reflect each day's business activity. The Fund relies upon the timely update of information in order to respond to investor's inquiries. The Transfer Agent will provide Dreyfus with a System report indicating the time of day that files were updated and available for Dreyfus. The timeliness of availability of these screens with updated information will determine the Transfer Agent's level of performance.

  • SERVICE LEVEL DESCRIPTION The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the Service Level Description attached thereto and replacing it in its entirety with the Service Level Description attached hereto.
