ABANDONED/DORMANT ACCOUNTS. Your Introducing Firm may impose fees for accounts that are considered unclaimed, abandoned, or dormant as permitted by applicable state law. Accounts which are presumed to be abandoned or unclaimed will be escheated or delivered to the state in which your Account is maintained in accordance with applicable law.
