Abilities and Skills. a) to communicate effectively and tactfully in both oral and written form, b) to counsel and assist peers, c) to assess and prescribe appropriate instructional strategies, d) to demonstrate effective instructional strategies, e) to make recommendations to the PAR Panel, f) to organize an effective plan of assistance for each participating teacher, g) to maintain a high level of respect.
