Ability and Skills. When seniority is invoked by a pharmacist, the pharmacist's ability and skill as determined by documented annual performance evaluations and disciplinary action in performing the work claimed shall be the determining factors in establishing such rights.

  • Specialized Skills Each certificated support person demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of skill and knowledge in designing and conducting specialized programs of prevention, instruction, remediation and evaluation.
