Ability to Comply with Lease Terms. If, during the term of this Lease, Tenant, by reason of physical or mental impairment, is no longer able to comply with the material provisions of this lease and cannot make arrangements for someone to aid him/her in complying with the lease, and the Authority cannot make any reasonable accommodation that would enable Tenant to comply with the lease; THEN, the Authority will assist Tenant, or designated member(s) of Tenant's family, to find more suitable housing and move Tenant from the dwelling unit. If there are no family members who can or will take responsibility for moving Tenant, the Authority will work with appropriate agencies to secure suitable housing and will terminate the Lease in accordance with Section XIV of this lease. At the time of admission, all Tenants must identify the family member(s) to be contacted if they become unable to comply with lease terms.
Ability to Comply with Lease Terms a. The CHA may terminate this Lease if, during the term of this Lease:
1. The CHA proves a serious or repeated violation of the material terms of the Lease by the resident, by reason of the resident's verified physical or mental impairment;
2. The resident does not make arrangements for someone to aid him/her in complying with the Lease; and
3. The CHA cannot make any reasonable accommodation that would enable the resident to comply with the Lease.
b. The CHA will cooperate with the resident, designated member(s) of the resident's family, or a live-in aide to identify more suitable housing and to assist the resident's move from the dwelling unit.
c. If there are no family members who can or will take responsibility for moving the resident, the CHA will cooperate with appropriate agencies, including but not limited to, the Office of the Public Guardian or local protection and advocacy organizations, to secure suitable housing and will terminate the Lease.
Ability to Comply with Lease Terms. If, during the term of this Lease, Tenant, by reason of physical or mental impairment is no longer able to comply with the material provisions of this lease, and cannot make arrangements for someone to aid him/her in complying with the lease, and BHA cannot make any reasonable accommodation that would enable Tenant to comply with the lease, the BHA will terminate the Lease. At the time of admission, all Tenants must identify on HUD form 92006 the family member(s) to be contacted if they become unable to comply with lease terms.
Ability to Comply with Lease Terms. If, during the term of this Lease, Tenant, by reason of physical or mental impairment, is no longer able to comply with the material provisions of this Lease and cannot make arrangements for someone to aid him/her in complying with the Lease, then OHA will terminate the Lease.
Ability to Comply with Lease Terms. If, during the term of the Lease, Resident develops a diminished capacity to care for the apartment and, by reason of physical or mental impairment, is no longer able to comply with the material provisions of the Lease and cannot make arrangements for someone to aid him/her in complying with the terms of the Lease, and the HAP is unable to make reasonable accommodations, the HAP will defer to a designated member of the Resident’s family or some other suitable person for relocation assistance. If no such assistance is forthcoming, the HAP will provide referrals to appropriate agencies and will initiate action to terminate the Lease. The HAP will not assume responsibility for the actual move or moving costs. At the time of admission and during annual recertifications, all Residents must identify someone to be contacted in the case of emergency. This information is kept in the Resident’s file at the Property Manager’s office. (See Part I, Section 7 of the Dwelling Lease).

If, during the term of this Lease, Tenant, by reason of physical or mental impairment is no longer able to comply with the material provisions of this lease, and cannot make arrangements for someone to aid him/her in complying with the Lease, and APHC cannot make any reasonable accommodation that would enable Tenant to comply with the Lease THEN; APHC will assist Tenant, or designated member(s) of Tenant’s family, to find more suitable housing and move Tenant from the dwelling unit. If there are no family members who can or will take responsibility for moving Tenant, APHC will work with appropriate agencies to secure suitable housing and will terminate the Lease. [8.3] At the time of admission, all Tenants must identify the family member(s) to be contacted if they become unable to comply with the lease terms.
Ability to Comply with Lease Terms. (a) LESSOR may terminate this LEASEif, during the term of this LEASE:
1. LESSOR proves a serious or repeated violation of the material terms of the LEASE by the TENANT, by reason of the TENANT’s verified physical or mental impairment; and,
2. The TENANT cannot make arrangements for someone to aid him/her in complying with the Lease; and,
3. LESSOR cannot make any reasonable accommodation that would enable the TENANT to comply with the LEASE.
(b) LESSOR will cooperate with the TENANT, designated member(s) of the TENANT’s family, or a Live-in Aid to identify more suitable housing and to assist the TENANT’s move from the dwelling unit.
(c) If there are no family members who can or will take responsibility for moving the TENANT, LESSOR will cooperate with appropriate agencies, including but not limited to the Office of the Public Guardian or local protection and advocacy organizations, to secure suitable housing and will terminate the LEASE.

If there are no family members who can or will take responsibility for moving Tenant, PHA will work with appropriate agencies to secure suitable housing and will terminate the lease. [8.3]

If, during the term of this Lease, Tenant, by reason of physical or mental impairment, is no longer able to comply with the material provisions of this lease, cannot make arrangements for someone to aid him/her in complying with the lease, and XXXX cannot make any reasonable accommodation that would enable Tenant to comply with the lease, then XXXX will contact the Tenant’s emergency contact and/or appropriate agencies to assist Tenant in complying with the terms of this lease or securing suitable housing. If the emergency contact and/or appropriate agencies are either unwilling or unable to assist the Tenant, XXXX will terminate the Lease

If, during the term of this Lease, Tenant, by reason of physical or mental impairment is no longer able to comply with the material provisions of this lease, and cannot make arrangements for someone to aid him/her in complying with the lease, and FRHA cannot make any reasonable accommodation that would enable Tenant to comply with the lease THEN; FRHA will assist Tenant, or designated member(s) of Tenant's family, to find more suitable housing and move Tenant from the dwelling unit. If there are no family members who can or will take responsibility for moving Tenant, FRHA will work with appropriate agencies to secure suitable housing and will terminate the Lease. At the time of admission and at each annual recertification, Tenant must identify the family member(s) to be contacted if they become unable to comply with lease terms.
