Moving Costs definition

Moving Costs. The actual costs and expenses incurred by Tenant for third party vendors to move Tenant and its business operations to the Leased Premises.
Moving Costs means the costs and expenses incurred by Tenant for the cost of moving from its existing location into the Premises, including moving costs and the cost to move and install Tenant’s furniture and equipment, including telephone, data and computer equipment and cabling, related to Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises.
Moving Costs shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 6.4.

Examples of Moving Costs in a sentence

  • Landlord will reimburse Tenant for the Moving Costs (subject to the cap described above) within 30 business days after receiving invoices therefor and supporting documentation reasonably acceptable to Landlord.

  • The Moving Allowance, or applicable portion thereof, shall be disbursed by Landlord to Tenant within twenty (20) days after Tenant has delivered to Landlord copies of paid invoices from third parties evidencing the amount of the Moving Costs actually paid by Tenant.

  • Such allowance shall also be granted for use of personal automobiles on field trips or other business of the District if such use if required.

  • The Right of First Refusal Allowance shall be applied by Landlord exclusively toward the cost of Right of First Refusal Space Improvements and Design Costs and Moving Costs related to the Right of First Refusal Space.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing to the contrary, Landlord shall have no obligation to make any such disbursement of any such remaining balance of the General Allowance with respect to any FF&E Costs or Moving Costs (i) incurred by Tenant prior to or after the General Allowance Availability Period, and (ii) unless Landlord receives a Reimbursement/Offset Request for such FF&E Costs and/or Moving Costs within the General Allowance Availability Period.


More Definitions of Moving Costs

Moving Costs shall equal the actual, ------------ out-of-pocket costs incurred by Tenant in connection with moving to the Premises including, without limitation, new stationery and business cards and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment. Any portion of the Allowance relating to Moving Costs shall be paid by Landlord as costs are incurred by Tenant upon submission of payment requests from Tenant and receipt by Landlord of satisfactory evidence of such costs, but in no event before the Commencement Date, Tenant's occupancy of the Premises, and Tenant's delivery to Landlord of any estoppel certificate requested by Landlord relating to the commencement of the Lease.
Moving Costs as used in the Lease shall mean Tenant's actual out-of- pocket costs associated with moving to or within any particular space in the Building including moving, arranging and rearranging offices, furniture, and equipment including the installation of phone and data lines (but shall not include the cost of purchasing any furniture or equipment). Any portion of the Moving Expense Allowance not used by Tenant may be used for the cost of the Tenant Improvements under Exhibit C or Tenant's leasing commissions. It shall be Tenant's responsibility to pay any commission due to the Tenant's Leasing Representatives listed in paragraph 21.13 above.
Moving Costs means the costs and expenses incurred by Tenant in connection with moving Tenant’s furniture, fixtures and equipment from its existing location into the Premises, (ii) Tenant’s “FF&E Costs” shall mean the costs and expenses incurred by Tenant in purchasing any furniture, equipment or other personalty for the Premises, and (iii) Tenant’s “Cabling Costs” shall mean the costs and expenses incurred by Tenant for the cost of the purchase and installation of telephone, computer and data cabling in the Premises. Landlord shall have the right to require Tenant to remove all or any portion of such cabling, at Tenant’s cost, upon expiration or earlier termination of the Lease, and the terms and provisions of Section 8 of the Lease shall be applicable with respect to such cabling.
Moving Costs means the Tenant’s costs in physically moving to the Premises, including, without limitation, costs of purchasing and installing telephone and data cabling and furniture, fixtures and equipment for the Premises, and all other costs associated with moving, including, without limitation, costs of replacing stationery. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in no event shall Landlord be obligated to disburse any portion of Landlord’s Contribution during the continuance of an Event of Default, provided that Landlord’s obligation to disburse shall be reinstated at such time as there shall be no Event of Default then in existence (but not later than April 30, 2013).
Moving Costs means the actual costs incurred by Tenant in moving to the Premises, for telephone system installation and cabling costs (but not the acquisition of equipment), and for replacement of stationery on hand before the move. Within ten days after the final Working Drawings are delivered to Landlord, Landlord shall pay from the Allowance the cost of preparing the space plans for the Premises and the Working Drawings.
Moving Costs are those costs related to moving the Company to the Property in an amount not to exceed $50,000.
Moving Costs means any costs associated with the moving of Tenant's property into the Premises, and (c) "M/B-T Signage Costs" shall mean any costs associated with the installation of any Monument Signage or Building-Top Signage pursuant to the terms of Sections 23.4 and 23.5 of this Lease. Any Alterations (including those items to which the Data Cabling Costs relate) shall be installed in the Premises subject to the terms and conditions of Article 8 of the Lease. In no event shall Landlord be obligated to disburse any portion of the Remaining Improvement Allowance subsequent to April 30, 2011, nor shall Landlord be obligated to disburse any amount in excess of the Remaining Improvement Allowance.
