Abnormal Working Conditions - Premiums. Except for plumbers and plumbers' helpers, a premium allowance of $1.25 per hour shall be paid in addition to regular rates of pay to team members in trades or helpers classifications required to work in areas contaminated with sewage. Premium allowance shall apply to actual time while exposed, except that the minimum time shall be one-half hour.
