Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit. Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.
FINISHES Buyer(s) understands that the location of telephone, electric, cable TV and other utility outlets, doors, windows, air conditioning components, lighting fixtures, equipment and fixtures are subject to change and Buyer(s) understands that materials such as brick, wood, wood grain, carpeting, paint, cabinets, cultured marble, tile, Formica, granite and the like are subject to shading and gradation and may vary from samples, models or color charts, and from piece to piece, and Contractor shall not be liable for such variations.
Trees 1) Any major tree surgery or tree removal over a three (3) inch diameter, which becomes necessary through no fault of the Contractor, will be at the County's expense.
Flammable Liquids Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of the Premises or Common Use Areas in excess of Company’s working requirements. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.
Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.
Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.212 – MARKET-RELATED CONTRACT TERM ADDITION (11/08). The term of this contract may be adjusted when a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred in accordance with 36 CFR 223.52. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred. FABRICATION Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.
Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.
FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.
