Common use of Absence Report Clause in Contracts

Absence Report. On the day the employee returns to active service, the unit member shall complete the District’s Employee Absence Report and submit it to the immediate supervisor, and shall provide such additional verification of the use of these leave provisions as may be requested by the District. Failure to comply with this requirement shall cause the employee to lose the right to be paid for days of absence.
