Absence When Sick Leave is Exhausted. 7.4.1 A teacher who continues to be absent from work due to illness or injury, and who has exhausted his/her sick leave, shall receive the difference between his/her pay and the amount paid to a substitute teacher, had a substitute teacher been employed, for up to one hundred (100) working days in any school year.
