Common use of Abuse of Professional Authority Clause in Contracts

Abuse of Professional Authority. The Parties shall co-operate in creating and maintaining a climate where abuses of professional authority do not occur in teaching, the provision of library services, administrative and/or supervisory relationships with students, other faculty members, professional librarians and academic or other support staff.
